The story of the experience at SIS Paris 2017
Last June Triboom had the pleasure of attending the SIS (Sporting Innovation Society) in Paris, two days dedicated to sports innovations with the presence of around 300 Executives and high-level industry professionals from 25 different countries. The main purpose of this event is to share the ongoing innovation that takes place on a worldwide scale, finding a source of inspiration and learning from every single case history presented. .
Triboom was not just a spectator but a true protagonist, as it was selected among the 5 international startups present to participate in a contest to which 5 new French start ups were also added. Alfonso Stefanelli, co-founder of Triboom, took the floor to explain the main features of the platform highlighting the winning mix between crowdfunding and community management activities.
The complete schedule of presentations was of the highest level, including Munir Zok (United Olympic Committee), Jat Corless (United Nation Fundation), Raul Pelaez (Head of Sports Tech Barcelona), Andrea Diggle (Head of Media Manchester United) Frank Leenders (Director General FIBA Media & Marketing Services), Johnatan Davies (Managing Director Eurosport), Robert Alberino (VP / Executive Producer San Francisco 49ers).
Overall, the two days turned out to be a great source of ideas and suggestions, with excellent presentations and an impeccable organization. For Triboom it was an occasion to reflect and confront itself, increase its visibility and perceive an unanimous consensus on the value of its project.
